Jennifer Muszik Takes On New Role at Biogen

LTEN Board of Directors member Jennifer Muszik has been promoted to a new position at Biogen, moving from head of U.S. commercial learning to head, commercial learning for the U.S. and Biogen Intercontinental Region (BIR). The newly created role in Biogen’s Enterprise Learning division will ensure the BIR is supported now and as the region prepares for growth.

Muszik joined Biogen in January 2019 to lead the development and delivery of all application-based learning programs. Since then, she has partnered with the U.S. leadership team to understand business needs and challenges. She has focused on developing the commercial learning team to serve as great partners with the business with the ability to deliver programs that meet needs and challenges.

Muszik has more than 20 years’ experience in life sciences. Prior to joining Biogen, she spent nearly three years leading North America commercial education for Roche Diagnostics, focusing on sales, marketing, commercial excellence and operations. Muszik started her career at Pfizer, where she held eight positions in more than 16 years.

Muszik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Butler University in Indianapolis, and a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP). She lives in Hopkinton, MA, with her husband, Paul, and their three children, Paulie, Noah and Sarah.
