LTEN is the essential resource for life sciences trainer education and networking; enabling members to harness their collective knowledge, apply leading-edge technology and deliver world-class learning.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Commit to participating in and attending in person the majority of monthly conference calls and quarterly live meetings.
  • Provide strategic leadership regarding the networks, programs, direction, and member value proposition.
  • Advocate for LTEN inside your organization and to your peers and colleagues in the industry.
  • Responsible fiscally for risk, vitality, and direction.
  • Thoroughly understand and endorse the Networks offerings
  • Offer input to the Network that is reflective of the latest thinking in the training community
  • Serve on committees and offer to take on special projects.
  • Support the relationship between the Network and industry partners
  • Collaborate while demonstrating personal integrity, and sensitivity to differing ideas and ways of working, abiding by the Network code of ethics.
  • Contribute to the vitality of the Network through volunteering, contributing content, workshops, and energy!
