About 50 members of LTEN and their colleagues came together again for the Feb. 13, 2018, LTEN Network After Work mixer, held at the Embassy Suites in Parsippany, NJ. The mixer was sponsored by Axiom and Tipping Point Media, and was the latest in the ongoing series of LTEN member events held throughout the United States.

Vicki Colman of LEO Pharmaceuticals and a member of the LTEN Advisory Council was host for the mixer. Vicki welcomed attendees to the program and provided an overview of LTEN for the audience.

Guest speaker at the event was John Loch, manager of sales learning and development, gastroenterology, for Janssen Biotech, providing a hands-on overview of virtual reality in training. John literally brought science to life with a presentation and video showing how virtual reality is used early in live training, which drives trainers to keep the rest of the training events interactive and engaging. After the presentation, audience members were given the chance to try out the virtual reality training.

Thanks to everyone who attended the event, to Vicki for hosting and to John for his great presentation. Thanks also to Axiom and Tipping Point Media for sponsoring the latest LTEN Network After Work mixer.
