LTEN Partners with TGaS to Empower Data-Driven Life Sciences Leaders

The Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN) has entered a new partnership with TGaS Advisors, a division of Trinity Life Sciences, that will bring members new access to life sciences training data and landscape information.

As a Platinum-level Preferred Industry Partner (PIP), TGaS will provide a variety of services for LTEN and its members, including:

  • Creating a 2024 landscape survey looking at the current and future states of life sciences learning.
  • Delivering a 90-minute workshop at the #LTEN2024 annual conference around the landscape survey.
  • Offering a Learning Lab workshop on Choosing and Building Your Learning Tech Stack at the conference.
  • Authoring four articles for LTEN Focus on Training magazine based on quarterly membership surveys on industry trends and technologies.

“Utilizing data for and about our learners is crucial for informing evidence-based decision-making, said Gayle Shaw Hones, VP of Learning & Development at TGaS Advisors. “Today life sciences training leaders and professionals navigate through intricate regulatory frameworks, evolving technologies and the incessant demand for meeting patient and marketplace needs. TGaS and LTEN—synergizing our respective expertise, resources and perspectives—will help to nurture a cadre of leaders equipped with the acumen to harness data effectively and drive transformative outcomes.”

The partnership isn’t the first for LTEN and TGaS. In the past, the two have worked together on surveys, research studies and a series of articles and webinars for LTEN members.

“It’s good to be working again with the team at TGaS,” said Lauren Harbert, executive director of LTEN. “This partnership promises to help our members continue to foster a culture of continuous learning, adaptability and foresight that’s crucial for life sciences training. LTEN members will have a chance to confidentially share data through surveys, learn about best practices and use industry benchmarking data to design, deliver and report results. It’s great to be able to arm our network members once again with such valuable information and insights.”
