All-Star Teams AstraZeneca, Boehringer Ingelheim, Genentech, Gilead Sciences, Sage Therapeutics and Takeda Pharmaceutical

At the 5th Annual LTEN Excellence Awards, teams from AstraZeneca, Boehringer Ingelheim, Genentech, Gilead Sciences, Sage Therapeutics and Takeda Pharmaceutical were honored as finalists in the All-Star Teams category. The team members are:

CVRM (CV, Renal, Metabolic) Training Team, AstraZeneca

The CVRM training team successfully partnered with the business to deliver on several key priorities, including a product launch in a new area, a competitive selling skills learning experience and a continuing education platform that elevated clinical acumen for 3,000 representatives.

The team developed and implemented a comprehensive Coaching Academy to build the best leaders and coaches, a multi-year program that in less than one year developed and executed six coaching academies that every regional leadership team (300+ leaders/coaches) attended together.

Only one year old, the team has crafted performance competencies for all field employees, created the company’s sales model, built out the learning and development infrastructure, onboarded more 300 new employees and created award-winning training.
