As the world shifted to remote work this past year, traditional training methods became more difficult to implement and employees became more stressed, overwhelmed and exhausted. So, companies have been meeting them where they are and making training more fun and effective with games and gamification. As a result, they are seeing improved engagement with their training content and increased knowledge comprehension and retention.

Join us for this LTEN webinar, sponsored by The Game Agency, as Jaime McDonald of The Game Agency and Carrie Wiser, instructional designer, will explain how to:

  • Build a virtual, interactive learning community that your team is craving.
  • Create mixed media learning journeys that will keep your team engaged.
  • Nudge and encourage your team to train daily and immerse themselves in the content.
  • Reward your team with tangible prizes that will motivate them to climb the leaderboard.
  • Measure engagement to understand the effectiveness of your training efforts.
