Derek is a frequent speaker at key industry events around the globe, an invited contributor for the trades and a sought-after guest on 100+ renowned podcasts, focused on business, innovation, entrepreneurship, multi-generational learning, along with employee well-being, workplace culture, and future of work topics. He advises start-ups and serves on various non-profit Boards, including being named LTEN’s Member of the Year for his benevolence, leadership, and dedicated work on its Advisory Board. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University with a double major in Philosophy and Psychology.
Parth Khanna is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Co-founder of ACTO, a SaaS scale-up setting the gold standard for education in healthcare and life sciences.
