While in the field, Courtney held positions in specialty sales and sales training for Genzyme, MedImmune and Forest Pharmaceuticals and has launched in more than 18 therapeutic classes.
In 2011, Courtney started Field Factor Training, specializing in launch training for biotech/pharmaceutical product launches, sales meetings and offers a variety of commercial effectiveness workshops.
