Jessica has spent her career leading teams in the design of strategic learning and development programs across sectors, often with global reach. She has spoken at learning conferences and events across North America, including DevLearn and the Institute for Performance and Learning, and in 2021, Jessica was named Life Sciences Trainers and Educators Network Member of the Year. She considers herself a designer and problem-solver at heart.

Ellie has been working in organizational transformation and development for almost 10 years. She has been involved in multiple large-scale initiatives including public sector transformation and learning and development projects. Ellie ensures best practices and innovative approaches are applied in all our work and uses these methods and processes to connect the dots between learner and business challenges, and learning solutions that make change happen.
