At the heart of LTEN2026, the Discovery Hall brought together 90 exhibitors in a dynamic space filled with tech demos, Learning Labs, networking opportunities and shared meals, creating nonstop energy, meaningful conversations and valuable new connections throughout the conference.
That buzz doesn’t create itself. It’s powered by partners committed to supporting the ideas, conversations and solutions that help move life sciences learning forward.
I’d like to thank all our members, both primary market life sciences trainers and our Preferred Industry Partners (PIPs), for contributing to a great conference experience last month. The Discovery Hall was at the center of many of the LTEN 2026 activities, and the energy absolutely hummed.
Now what?
Turn Energy Into Action
Before jumping into summer, take a minute to review your notes.
- Did you meet your conference objectives and goals to network with potential partners offering training products and services?
- Looking at your upcoming projects and incentives, do you have the right resources?
Those are common themes we hear every year, the need to meet with our PIPs and exhibitors or searching for a supplier that offers needed training products and services. Once again, the conversations took place throughout the event, in meetings both formal and informal.
With the dozens of companies available in the Discovery Hall, and with an abundance of technology and solutions being shared, it may have been a challenge getting to all the ones you needed to see. If there were a few you missed or wanted to revisit for more information, there’s good news: LTEN provides several ways to connect to our partner community after the conference.
Continue the Conversations
Here are some resources to be sure and take advantage of, whether or not you attended the conference:
- The LTEN 2026 conference app was a great tool to navigate the Discovery Hall at the conference, and it still is. Even after the event, it’s up and running so you can use it to refresh your memory of the connections you made and the companies you still wanted to target. This resource will remain active for several months to use for looking up exhibitors and contacts.
- The Preferred Industry Partner Directory offers a deeper dive on company offerings. This is a great place to preview company information prior to reaching out or before a meeting. Offering a company profile and outlining products and services offered, it also shares white papers and links to the supplier website for the latest products and contact info.
- The Network is part of LTEN, the world’s largest community of life sciences trainers, leaders and partners. Find and connect with potential partners by sharing through The Network, our newest member resource. The online community allows you to post questions, meet professional peers who’ve faced similar needs and find the support you need.
- Make time to attend any of LTEN’s virtual and in-person events you can throughout the rest of the year. Demo Days is a 30-minute lunch-and-learn Zoom meeting that updates you on the very latest technology. It’s a great way to break away in a small group and learn about the latest technologies and offerings. And be sure to look for LTEN webinars, many of which feature our supplier community and other thought leaders sharing solutions. And, you can make new in-person connections at LTEN’s regional mixers. This fall, we’ll be hosting events in Chicago, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Follow Through Matters
In case you’re wondering, the supplier community has some follow-up to do after the event, and I’m not just talking about sending "thank you" emails to new contacts.
Partners should take the post-conference time to ensure company listings and individual member profiles hosted through LTEN are up to date and includes your picture. A photo goes a long way when someone needs a memory jogged or a question addressed. Members will be following through on the innovations and ideas they gathered at the conference. Make sure you’re easy to reach.
Oh, and go ahead and send follow-up emails to the list of business cards you collected and the badges you scanned. They make a difference.
Partners in Progress
Lastly, I’d urge all LTEN members to keep in mind the LTEN team is here for you as a resource. If you have a need for continuing education, are filling a vacant position, need to renew a membership or find a technology partner, the LTEN team can guide you.
Act now, as they say, and don’t delay. The sooner you reconnect with the conference energy, the more you’ll get from the experience.
Plus, time moves fast and before you know it you’ll be meeting your peers at the LTEN 2027 conference in June at the Gaylord Texan. Think of all the new things you’ll have to talk about.
Cheers!
