[Roanoke, VA] — September 25, 2025 — The Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN), the only organization dedicated to serving life sciences training professionals, has been named winner of the ASI Great Things Award for Digital Transformation. The honor was presented on September 24 at the ASI iNNOVATIONS conference.
The ASI Great Things Awards celebrate organizations that achieve meaningful impact for their members, staff and communities through digital innovation. LTEN’s recognition highlights not just a year of technological overhaul, but an ongoing commitment to refining the member experience and advancing the life sciences learning profession.
In the past year, LTEN introduced a new website, member portal and learning management system, while connecting conference, career and engagement platforms into a seamless digital ecosystem. These efforts created a more unified experience for members and streamlined operations behind the scenes, freeing staff to deliver faster and stronger support.
“This award underscores LTEN’s commitment to innovation and continuous improvement,” said Lauren Harbert, LTEN Executive Director. “We’re proud to be recognized among ASI’s distinguished clients and even prouder of the work that positions LTEN to better serve our members today and in the future.”
“The ASI Great Things Awards are reserved for ASI clients who truly dedicate themselves to improving their organization and empowering their members, staff and community,” said Bob Alves, Chairman and CEO of ASI. “We’re proud to honor each of our nominees and winners, all of whom are committed to achieving great things.”
Looking ahead, LTEN will use this recognition as a springboard for future investments designed to further strengthen the member experience and support the global life sciences learning community.
