Effective Ways to Prevent the Use of Inaccurate Information to Reduce Compliance Risk

Tuesday, Aug. 30
12:30 p.m. ET/9:30 a.m. PT

Register

Life sciences sales reps need to be prepared for both easy and complex questions from their healthcare providers (HCPs), and don’t always have the time to endlessly search multiple systems and lengthy training materials to get answers.

When pressed for time and unable to recall specific drug information, a representative may go rogue. They’ll search the web for answers they’re unable to easily find in approved training materials. This results in the use of inaccurate information that is not medical, legal and regulatory (MLR)-approved, putting themselves, their HCPs and patients at risk. Ultimately, these actions could have costly compliance, legal and reputation implications.

How do you avoid this situation? One way is by providing reps quick and easy access to MLR-approved content in the flow of work. Making it easy for them to access approved content ensures they are not only quick to respond to HCP requests, but also provide accurate and compliant information.

Join us for this LTEN webinar, sponsored by ACTO, for an insightful discussion. At this webinar, you will learn:

  • How to prevent risky sales tactics
  • Ways to ensure only compliant information is used
  • Tips for changing sales rep behavior

Wellbeing Rx: The Imperative of Rest

Friday, Nov. 4
12:30 p.m. ET/9:30 a.m. PT

Register

The science of rest is undisputed — as humans, we need regular breaks from motion to restore energy and recover strength. And while sports athletes and coaches have long integrated rest periods into their training regimens, our output-focused knowledge work culture still largely condemns resting on the job as a sign of weakness or laziness.

Join us for the last in this series of quarterly LTEN webinars, as wellbeing coach Deborah Bonzell guides an experiential session on the science and art of rest. Together, we’ll pause to consider:

  • Our entrenched reluctance to rest outside of sleep time, and its impact on work-life.
  • Simple, evidence-based ways to practice rest during the workday — without taking a nap.
  • Tips from the LTEN community on allowing rest during your learning offerings.
