Jennifer Tursic, senior director of sales training & development for Daiichi Sankyo, has joined the LTEN Advisory Council, LTEN announced today. Tursic begins immediately as a member of the LTEN Advisory Council, a group of business leaders that supports and helps operationalize initiatives and programs for the LTEN Board of Directors.
Tursic has worked in life sciences sales since 1998, starting her career as a healthcare representative for Pfizer, where she advanced to a district sales manager role. She joined Daiichi Sankyo in that position in 2007, later becoming director of sales planning and a regional business director, before taking her current position in January 2016. As senior director of sales training & development, Tursic leads a sales training team consisting of operations, new hire training, leadership development, sales communications and launch planning and development.
“Jennifer brings to the Advisory Council a strong background in both life sciences sales and training,” said Dawn Brehm, executive director of LTEN. “With her experience leading and developing programs, strategies and communications, she’ll be a valuable addition to the Council and will help LTEN, the Advisory Council and the Board of Directors better serve all LTEN members.”
