Carole Gins of IC Axon Joins LTEN Advisory Council

Carole Gins, president & CEO of IC Axon, has joined the LTEN Advisory Council, LTEN announced today. Gins begins immediately as a member of the LTEN Advisory Council, a group of business leaders that supports and helps operationalize initiatives and programs for the LTEN Board of Directors.

As president and CEO of IC Axon, Gins focuses on the company’s strategy, financial management, sales, marketing, service launch and innovation and customer engagement. She oversees operations in Canada, the United States, Europe and Latin America. Prior to joining IC Axon in 2005, Gins managed the design and implementation of e-learning solutions and HR systems, and she has more than 20 years’ experience in leadership, training, project management and process reengineering. She’s worked in life sciences and other industries, including food and beverage, communication and marketing. Under Gins’ leadership, IC Axon won the Best Learning Content award in the 3rd Annual LTEN Excellence Awards.
