Jennifer Muszik of Roche Diagnostics Joins LTEN Advisory Council

Jennifer Muszik, director of commercial excellence for Roche Diagnostics and an industry leader with nearly 20 years’ experience in life sciences, has taken a seat on the LTEN Advisory Council, LTEN announced today Muszik is replacing Jennifer Dillion-Beem, director of centralized diagnostics and point of care for Roche, who is leaving the council after taking a new position leading more than 150 in a customer service center.
Muszik’s appointment to the LTEN Advisory Council, a group of business leaders that supports and helps operationalize initiatives and programs for the LTEN Board of Directors, begins immediately.
In addition to working as an author, executive coach and business consultant, Muszik is a faculty partner in Butler University’s Corporate & Executive Education program, where she leads programs aimed at life sciences executives, as well as co-facilitates a custom program on women in leadership. Muszik also spent 17 years in various positions with Pfizer, including as director of commercial effectiveness and as a key account manager and district business manager. In addition, Muszik has volunteered with the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, Butler University and Alpha Phi Fraternity.

She’s been an active LTEN member and her experience in life sciences and as an educator will be a valuable resource to both the Advisory Council and the Board of Directors,” said Dawn Brehm, executive director of LTEN. “We’re also appreciative of the contributions of Jennifer Dillon-Beem as an LTEN member and to the Advisory Council. She’ll continue to be a valued colleague and active LTEN member and we wish her well in her exciting new role.”
