Jennifer Muszik, a life sciences training veteran with more than 20 years of industry experience, has been selected to join the LTEN Board of Directors. Muszik is taking the seat vacated by David Nguyen, who resigned his Board role when he accepted a non-training position at Gilead Sciences. Her appointment begins immediately.
Muszik, head of U.S. commercial learning for Biogen, has been a member of the LTEN Advisory Council, a group that helps advise the LTEN Board as well as implement Board initiatives. Muszik was also named one of the 2018 LTEN Members of the Year for her work on the Advisory Council and her overall efforts to support LTEN and its members. Prior to joining Biogen in January 2019, she held training leadership roles with Roche Diagnostics, operated her own business consultancy and spent more than 16 years in sales and management roles with Pfizer.
"We’re so excited about the opportunity to work with Jenn as a Board member," said Dawn Brehm, executive director of LTEN. "With her extensive industry and education experience and the years she’s spent guiding, supporting and growing LTEN through the Advisory Council, she was a natural choice for the open seat. She’ll bring a lot of ideas, energy and history to her Board role, and that will help every LTEN member as the organization continues to grow."
