David Nguyen has been selected to join the LTEN Board of Directors. His appointment starts immediately.
Nguyen, director of commercial learning & development for Gilead Sciences since June 2017, began his life sciences career in 2002, as a sales representative for Novartis. In 2003 he took a position as a regional field trainer and sales specialist for Eisai, where he became training & development manager in 2005. He’s also held positions at Eisai as district sales manager, product marketing manager and managed care account manager, before joining Gilead in August 2015 as associate director, commercial learning & development for managed markets and operations.
“David brings a great deal of experience to his new Board role, where his background in life sciences sales and training will be invaluable,” said Dawn Brehm, executive director of LTEN. “David’s wealth of experience in managed markets will also be an asset to the Board and help LTEN in its mission to provide support and resources to all areas of life sciences training.”
