Firms Partner to Develop Comprehensive, Dynamic Virtual Workshops
Boston, MA [April 9, 2020] — Shaun McMahon, founder and president of Illuminate, the Boston-based developer of innovative custom clinical sales training programs for the life science industry (www.illuminate.net), has announced that it is teaming up with InSync Training, the New Hampshire-based developer of live virtual and blended learning platforms.
The spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 and the unprecedented social distancing measures taken to combat it have impacted both the vital work of life science sales professionals and the traditional in-person sales training programs and practices that support them. Together, Illuminate and InSync will design and implement impactful virtual sales team training initiatives to support their important efforts without requiring live gathering.
“Live workshops are a hallmark of truly effective training, and something that Illuminate excels at,” says McMahon. “While we’re also quite familiar with effective distance learning practices, the current crisis demands innovative new solutions. We’re excited to work with InSync president Jennifer Hofmann and her team to transfer the energy and compelling content of a multi-faceted gathering onto exciting new virtual platforms.”
Among the first collaborations for the two firms will be the creation of a virtual launch meeting.
