With the increasing demands for high engagement and originality, organizations must continue to develop innovative salesforce training tactics tailored for the modern learner. Join us for this LTEN webinar, sponsored by Axiom, as we showcase a collaborative effort between two organizations and a training provider to develop an innovative, comprehensive and diverse learning experience to train learners on the MOA of a launch product. This learning experience incorporated multiple modalities of learning to meet the main objective of demonstrating fluency in articulating the new and complex design and MOA for the product. This LTEN webinar will showcase the various design elements, including printed pre-work, 3D MOA video, 3D printed product models, and an interactive board game. (Yes, there were 3D printed models of the product.) This innovative design and approach accounted for differences in learning styles, maximized learner engagement, and provided reinforcement of key concepts through the different modalities. In this webinar, we will share insights and key takeaways on the following:

  1. The creation of an engaging and clinically relevant learning experience including pre-reads, videos and a tactical game-based approach, which met core learning objectives, was appropriate for the training environment and prepared the salesforce for selling in the field
  2. The collaborative strategy between the client stakeholders and the training provider to develop and evaluate the impact of the learning experience design on learner interest, knowledge retention and competence in the field
  3. The development and adaptation of a training design to promote active participation and inspire both short-term and long-term learning
