Not everyone understands the value of game-based learning. Nick Albert, director of sales and operations at Radius Health, does! Nick’s goal was to motivate his management and sales teams by using games and ongoing competition to keep learners actively participating and increasing knowledge. Through new technology designed for head-to-head and beat-the-boss challenges, and other fun competitions, his team was energized by new ways to earn points and compete on global leaderboards for prizes and recognition, in preparation for their national sales meeting.

Nick Albert, Director, Sales Operations and Commercial Training at Radius Pharma has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Nick’s past experience includes Sales, Sales Leadership, Commercial Training, Marketing, and Sales Operations. He has led the design and execution of 8 brand launch training programs.

 Jaime McDonald, Executive Vice President of Customer Success at The Game Agency oversees strategy and working with customers to develop game-based solutions to transform employee training and education into an engaging and effective experience to maximize learning outcomes. Prior to her career in games and technology, Jaime spent 15 years in the music industry, at EMI-Capitol Records and eMusic, developing strategic partnerships between leading major label artists and brands. Jaime is a graduate of the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
