Elevating from Sales Excellence to Business Relevance

Thursday, April 11, 2019 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM EDT

The life sciences industry is one of the most disrupted & disruptive industry in the world. Customers have evolved from physicians to complex account environments, with new emerging customers and where decision-making is now done by teams, not only by prescribers.

But now there is an opportunity for life sciences to elevate their go-to-market model in light of healthcare integration, increase partnerships opportunities and technology acceleration. This transformation is not only focused on the customer interaction but also represents a call for organizations to relook at how they view engagement at the customer level and to become more strategically relevant as well as customer’s customer-centric.

Join us for this 30-minute LTEN webinar, sponsored by The SUMMIT Group, as we look at customer engagement journeys and patient-centricity.

During this webinar, we will discuss:

  • Why: The need to change from sales to strategic account management.
  • What: Is the impact for sales training.
  • So What: Equipping customer-facing teams to become more relevant.
  • Now What:  Immediate actions that you can take.
