Session 4: Synchronous Team Teaching — Working effectively with a producer to transform
your synchronous programs into trouble-free, fast moving, interactive events
Session 5: Disaster Recovery — How to troubleshoot audio, hardware, software problems like a pro
Session 6: Prep and Practice — Must-have activities and tools before and after an event
At the conclusion of the program, participants and assigned partners will conduct a one-hour online virtual classroom
session (with help from a Teachback Specialist). The final teachback must be completed within 30 days of the last live training session.
