Welcome to the Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN)

We provide life sciences training and education professionals with the Clarity, Community and Career resources they need to excel in leadership and learning.

The Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN formerly SPBT) is a worldwide 501(c)(3) nonprofit association dedicated to supporting the professional goals of trainers in the life sciences, inclusive of medical device and diagnostic, pharmaceutical, and biotech companies. Since 1971, LTEN has been a conduit to keeping the training industry educated, informed, and connected, and is the only nonprofit organization solely devoted to strengthening training in the healthcare industry with the ultimate benefit of improving patient care.

LTEN members include professionals with responsibility in pharmaceutical sales training and medical device sales training primarily. LTEN also has members across non-commercial disciplines including clinical, manufacturing, compliance, regulatory, quality and GxP training roles.
