Four years ago I was honored to be selected by the Board to join LTEN as the Executive Director. Since then I've had the best job in the world contributing during a time of transformation. I now believe it's time for me to step aside and let someone else lead the next phase of growth. I've therefore announced my resignation and am working with the Board to begin a search process for the next Executive Director.
Please know that through the hard work of a talented staff and a committed board and advisory council, LTEN has never been stronger:
Membership is at an all-time high with 1,471 members (91% work within a life science company, 9% work for a solutions provider)
Attendee satisfaction with the annual conference is the highest since we started measuring it (4.6 out of 5.0)
The Medical Device & Diagnostic Trainers Summit, now in its third year, continues to grow and will be held November 4-5 in San Diego, CA.
And of course we have an exciting new name and brand that positions us perfectly as the go-to network for all life science trainers and educators.
The LTEN Board is forming a search committee and will be reaching back out once a job description and selection process has been established. In the meanwhile, please see the job profile here.
Thank you for your tremendous support.
