Learning and business leaders
in the vast life sciences industries are continuing to share their time and
expertise to help SPBT support life sciences sales trainers. SPBT is pleased to welcome the following Life Science Training professionals to the Advisory Council.
New Members of the Council

David Purdy, President, Psychological Consultants, Inc.
addition of Industry Partners, and the expansion of Medical Device and large Pharmaceutical
members provide the Council and Board with an aligned perspective of our membership. As our membership grows, the need to ensure
member voices are incorporated into all decisions expands. I am pleased to welcome this group of
talented professionals to the Advisory Council," stated Kevin Kruse, Executive
Advisory Council consists of training leaders from a variety of life science
organizations and provides input to the Board of Directors on programming,
events and other decisions that affect the organization.
The Society of Pharmaceutical and Biotech Trainers (SPBT) is a worldwide
501(C)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the professional goals
of trainers in the life sciences. SPBT is a conduit to keeping the training
industry educated, informed, and connected, and is the only nonprofit
organization solely devoted to strengthening training in the healthcare
industry with the ultimate benefit of improving patient care.
SPBT was established in 1971 and originally named the National Society of
Pharmaceutical Sales Trainers. Today, SPBT has a membership of over 1400 life
science professionals employed by hundreds of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical
device, diagnostic and training supplier companies around the globe.
