How Regeneron is Maximizing Field Coaching through Technology

Thu, May 18, 2017 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM EDT

Coaching is arguably one of, if not the most, important things a field sales manager can do. Modern field coaching has shifted from a traditional approach to in-the-moment feedback, formal and informal coaching conversations, a seamless link to training, and documented coaching continuums.

Through emerging standards and advances in technology, coaching and development have moved to the forefront of mission critical field imperatives. Even so, the need to further optimize field coaching still exists.

Join us for this LTEN webinar, sponsored by TalentFirst, as Andrew Paetow, director of sales, access, and reimbursement, and Karen Settlemyer, director of commercial leadership development, both of Regeneron, highlight their organization’s journey to maximizing field coaching through technology.

Key takeaways:

• Learn how Regeneron “outgrew” their previous field coaching process, specifically with regard to the field coaching reports (FCRs).
• Hear how Regeneron implemented a strategic and collaborative approach to committing to a culture of coaching and development that overcame their obstacles and catered to their unique organizational needs.
• Understand creative, yet practical ways to maximize the effectiveness and potential of field coaching and development processes by leveraging technology.
