The 6Ds® Workshop is a highly interactive workshop based on the best-selling Six Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning: How to Turn Training and Development into Business Result, 2nd ed. (Pfeiffer, 2010). The workshop starts with an analysis of what businesses really want from learning and development and the strengths and weaknesses of the current approach. The rest of the workshop consists of exercises and discussions of practical ways to strengthen each link of the learning value chain.

The 6Ds® Workshop is a highly interactive workshop based on the best-selling Six Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning: How to Turn Training and Development into Business Result, 2nd ed. (Pfeiffer, 2010). 

The 6Ds® provide a practical and proven framework that has helped organizations across a wide range of industries around the world increase the return on their training investments.  The workshop starts with an analysis of what businesses really want from learning and development and the strengths and weaknesses of the current approach.  The rest of the workshop consists of exercises and discussions of practical ways to strengthen each link of the learning value chain.  

In each segment, participants analyze their current practices and identify specific opportunities for improvement.  The workshop includes tools and methods as well as best practice examples from leading companies for each of the 6Ds.  There is ample time for questions and discussions.
