How are training executives at the nation's top pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device organizations leading their teams through uncertainty and change? What does the future hold for your training organization?
Connect with your colleagues at this fall's exclusive L&D executive forum to hear peer-tested strategies and explore new, immediately actionable tactics you can bring back to your teams.
The agenda was carefully crafted by the LTEN Leadership Committee, a group comprised of learning leaders and LTEN board and advisory council members, to touch on timely and relevant topics.
The agenda includes current trends as well as new and emerging issues in the area of learning and development by Pete Masloski, an expert in the area of providing research and advisory services focused on corporate learning. Jim Trunick—renowned author and expert in executive coaching—will host an interactive workshop to discuss how a director of a training function aligns the team with resources, and will examine content covering topics of interest to you. Shannon Tipton from Learning Rebels will examine the topic of micro-learning, Will Thalheimer will present on measuring the impact of training, and David Kelly will cover the latest in technology as it relates to training.
