About Princeton Metrics

Princeton Metrics was founded by Steven Just Ed.D. to provide learning and assessment expertise to corporate enterprises. Princeton Metrics offers workshops and consulting services that help companies create learning and assessment strategies, deliver reliable and valid exams, improve training programs and maximize employee job performance.

Dr. Just has spent many years researching, synthesizing and applying learning theory and assessment strategy to the corporate enterprise. He works with companies to ensure that they are incorporating best practices into their training programs. Because he has spent 25 years leading a major assessment company, has been Vice President of a major talent management company and has worked with many large, global training departments he has deep practical expertise (what really works vs. what theoretically works) to bring to his clients.

About Steven Just

Steven Just was previously the founder and CEO of Pedagogue Solutions. The Pedagogue Assessment Management System is by far the most widely used assessment system in the life science industry. In 2011, after 25 years of growing Pedagogue into the industry leader, Dr. Just sold Pedagogue to Saba, where he became the Vice President of Assessment Strategy, helping to unify Pedagogue into the Saba Talent Management system.

Dr. Just has a master’s degree in computer science, a doctorate in educational psychology and over 25 years’ experience working with the world’s leading life science companies. He has taught hundreds of workshops, validated tens of thousands of test questions, created learning and assessment strategies for more than a dozen life science companies and is a frequent speaker at professional conferences.
